Sometime during the mid to late 1990's a music band surfaced in Shawnee, a suburb of Lima Ohio. The band went under the name "The FBI". Their sound was definately unique and critics had a tough time trying to place it in a specific genre. The band consisted of vocalist Ryan Pheneger, drummer Adam Cox, guitarist Nick Long and recorder player Matt Nichols. The band struggled to get a following and eventually split up. In 2002 there was talk of a comeback but nothing ever materialized. The FBI is now nonexistent. They only recorded one song entitled "The John Bobbitt Song" The link below plays an mp3 of that song.
